Heater Kit
DV Systems’ heater kit is used for rotary screw air compressors in special case scenarios:
-
The air compressor is located outdoors in a location where the temperature dips below 5ºC/41ºF at night, but returns to warmer temperatures during the day, or
-
The air compressor is located in a ‘cold room’, or space where the temperature dips below 5ºC/41ºF, or is unregulated.
Why is a heater kit necessary in these situations? The controller on DV Systems rotary screw air compressors prevents the unit from starting during extreme ambient conditions when the oil temperature sensor indicates that the lubricant is below 5ºC/41ºF.
The heater kit ensures the temperature of the lubricant in the rotary screw air compressor is maintained above the temperature inhibit limit of the air compressor controller.
A5 Maintenance Kit
The A5 Maintenance Kits should be used in the regular servicing of your air compressor.
The ‘MK-A5’ Maintenance Kit (Approximately 2000 hours of operation) includes:
